The Presidency of Damascus University issued a decision not to grant a transcript of scores or graduation certification for students of graduation year unless they obtain a detailed statement from immigration authorities clarifying their movement from and back to the country.
The decision includes students of faculties of Arts and Humanities, Economics, Education, Law, Sharia, Political Science, and affiliated branches at the University of Damascus.Â
Students who travelled to another destination will face difficulties trying to get their transcripts.
