The AGPS monitoring and documentation team reported that the number of victims from Raml camp in Latakia since the beginning of events in Syria, has reached “20” victims, including 11 victims died due to torture, 2 victims died by a sniper, 3 victims were shot, 2 victims were kidnapped and killed, and a victim died due to a health crisis.
