Mr.Omar AL Sanki, the Interior Minister of the Libyan Government, which is internationally recognized, issued a decision which prohibits the entry of Sudan, Palestinian, and Syrian nationality holders to the Libyan territory, the ministry said that the decision is temporary.
According to Libya News website, the interior ministry media office has attributed this decision to be issued after providing information about the participation of some arrivals of these nationalities holders as fighters within terrorist groups in Libya,” It is well known that the bending government authorities is controlling part of the ports, airports and land ports in several areas in the west and the east of Libya.
 As in turn, the opposition militias controls several airports and ports in Libya, despite the fact that the Palestinian refugees from the Syrian policyholders were not allowed, previously, entering with exceptions, and sometimes the detention of refugees for days and some were to be returned either to Lebanon or Turkey.However, Libya was one of the main stations of Palestinian refugees fleeing from the ongoing war in Syria, and who want access to the European countries, who enter illegally, either through Egypt or by the Libyan airports which sometimes allow refugees to pass through but to pay the price.
Thousands of Palestinian and Syrian refugees arrived to the European mainland after riding death boats from Libya and some of them drown because of the greed of human traffickers.
