The AGPS monitoring and documentation team announced that “50” Palestinian refugees died during last August, including “11” refugees died due to gunshot, “6” refugees died under torture in the Syrian regime’s prisons, while (17) refugees died as a result of shelling and clashes, “8” refugees drowned, two refugees died because of the siege and the lack of medical care, two refugees were executed in the field, one refugee died by a sniper, while (4) refugees died due to various reasons.
The AGPS pointed out that the Palestinian victims who died during last August dispersed by Syrian cities as follows: 6 refugees in Damascus, 10 refugees in Damascus suburb, 12 refugees in Daraa, 2 refugees in the Lebanese city of Sidon, one refugee in Swaidaa, one refugee in Idlib, and 17 refugees were killed in scattered areas.
The number of Palestinian refugees who were killed during war in Syria amounted to “3001” refugees, according to documented statistics by the AGPS.
