A number of Syrian- Palestinian students in Lebanon complained on the decision Siblin Institute administration of vocational and technical training of the Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees UNRWA in Lebanon to not accept most of the students applying to the Institute. In addition, they appealed to all concerned parties, the embassy, and the Palestinian factions to pressure on the administration of Siblin Institute to accept them in the Institute similar to their counterparts of the residents of the Palestinian refugees residing in Lebanon.
In details that students who have obtained a certificate of secondary education in the last year could not get the baccalaureate testimony which  depriving them from attending the university. As a result, they moved toward Siblin Institute of UNRWA to register in it but the administration of the Institute accepted one student of Palestinians of Syria in each branch under the pretext of the priority of the Palestinian Lebanese student and left others on the waiting list.
According to the complainants that their grades are high and qualify them for admission in the Institute, Therefore, the students called for the UNRWA administration to direct its educational institutions and others towards the equality among the Palestinian refugees whether residents or refugees from Syria in the consideration that it is the only International Foundation sponsors for the Palestinian refugees without distinction between asylum countries in which it operates.
It is worth mentioning that the Palestinians of Syria in Lebanon are suffering from many legal and living problems which begin with the accommodation procedures which do not end with high cost of living and the lack of job opportunities.
