97 Syrian Refugees were Rescued at Aegean Sea

“Anatolia” Turkish news agency reported that the Turkish coast guard managed to rescue 97 Syrian refugees drowned off the coast of the states of Aidan Jnaq Castle, during their attempt to travel to Greece illegally.
The agency said that water began to flow in the boat, after a rubber boat, that contains 20 people, was punctured after a short period of sailing, where 97 refugees were on the boat while heading to the Greek island of “Madelli,” illegally.
Information also reported that the refugees were trying to cross into Greece, off the coast of the Turkish district of “Aevajak,” despite the bad weather, and a panic state prevailed after the flow of water to the boat, which led to the fainting of two women in the boat.
