A Palestinian Syrian Female Student Obtains Approval to Enter Lebanon after Waiting for a Night at the Crossing Border

Media sources said that the Lebanese authorities have allowed the 18-year-Palestinian Syrian female student “Duha Alyan, to enter entering Lebanese territory on Tuesday, after waiting for about 18 hours at Al-Masnaa checkpoint since late Monday. The student was returning after performing the general information test of the high school in Damascus.
These sources added that great efforts were made by the follow-up committee of displaced Palestinians from Syria to Lebanon to enter the student Alian, and were recently paid off, despite the fact that public security prevents her entry to Lebanon for 5 years after midnight yesterday.
The Lebanese authorities have prevented Palestinians from entering their territory Syria since May 2014, while the number of Palestinian Syrian refugees in Lebanon is estimated to 45,000 refugees who fled from the furnace of the Syrian war.
