The AGPS monitoring and documentation team documented more than (3052) Palestinians Syrian refugees who died because of the ongoing war, as bombing resulted in the death of (1052) Palestinian refugees, while (673) refugees died because of clashes between the regular army and the Syrian armed opposition groups, while (421) refugees died due to torture in prisons and detention centers.
