The Palestinian refugee “Mahmoud Melhem” was injured by shell shrapnel that was fired at Al Maadameya district in the city of Aleppo, and then was taken to the hospital for treatment, note that Al Maadameya is permanently exposed to random shells for being located near a conflict zone between the regular army and opposition forces stationed in the vicinity of Salah al-Din and Saif Al Dawla area.
It is noteworthy that there are many Palestinian families live in the area suffer from dire humanitarian situation and economic crises due to the continuing conflict in Syria.
