Al-Nayrab camp in Aleppo suffers from the migration of medical staff from all specialties, where 17 doctors had migrated from the camp since the beginning of the conflict and 5 remained only according to AGPS correspondent all of them work in Palestine Hospital which is the only hospital in the camp that performs surgeries and offers medical services to the people of the camp and nearby towns, but the hospital is not authorized officially that’s why it is more likely to be closed anytime. The Hospital which used to work in obstetrics only contracted with a number of doctors from the city of Aleppo to carry out other specialties and surgical operations after the beginning of the conflict.
There are other medical centers in the camp such as the UNRWA’s center which offers only simple medical services, also, the cultural center of the camp has been turned into a temporary medical clinic after the beginning of the war. However, the camp still lacks medical services, and the poisoning incidents that occurred on 27 July 2015 inside the camp and not discovering its causes until now shows the reality of the health field in Al-Nayrab camp.
