Syrian regime released on Wednesday 28/9 “Madian Sobhi Sarhan” a Palestinian refugee from “Al-Shajara” village in his fifth decade was arrested before one month and a half on the barrier of Homs- Tartous road by pro-Syrian army members. He was arrested on 12 August 2016 while he was driving some passengers to Tartous although he was one of PFGC members.
