49-year-old Salah Rabiee, a resident of Al-Neirab camp in Aleppo, was tortured to death in a Syrian regime lock-up. Salah was kidnapped last year on allegations of helping civilians move to Turkey. Regime co-conspirators have often transferred civilians to Turkey in return for cash.
