The Palestine Charity Commission embarked on a campaign to amass Zakat funds (alms-giving) to the war-affected families in Palestinian refugee camps and communities.
According to the campaigners, the move makes part of underway endeavors to rally round Palestinian families in war-ravaged Syria, particularly in AlTel, AlHusseiniya Camp, AlZahira, Jaramana Camp, Khirbet AlShiyab, Daraa Camp, Qudsaya, AlRamadan Camp, Palestinians of Iraq, AlAydeen Camp in Homs and Hama, and AlNeirab Camp in Aleppo.
