Special sources confirmed to AGPS that UNRWA-run Damascus Training Center (DTC), in AlMezzeh, is to be evacuated soon as shelter for the displaced Palestinian families.
According to our sources; DTC’s head, Fawzi AlMadfa’, gave a green light to the evacuation order, expected to be put into effect in August.
Families taking shelter in the center will be transferred to Rif Dimashq shelters, including Jaramana and Adra.
Nearly 2,000 people have been taking cover in DTC, fleeing such beleaguered Palestinian refugee camps as Yarmouk and AlSbeina.
