Palestinian refugee Ubaida Alyan, aged 24, has been enduring a mysterious fate in Syrian government lock-ups.
Alyan, affiliated with the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, was kidnapped by the government troops stationed in AlZahira, in Damascus, on March 31, 2014.
AGPS kept record of the names of 1,621 Palestinians incarcerated in Syrian regime penitentiaries, where 465 refugees also died under torture.
