Colonel “Aly Shabaan”, an officer in the Palestinian Liberation Army, killed his wife ”˜Ikhlas Sawan,’ her brothers Marawan and Mohammed Sawan and her cousin Salah Sawan, while the mother of his wife remains in a hospital in Damascus, in a critical condition.
Media sources loyal to the regime revealed that the crime occurred in the Sawan alley in the “Rokn Al-Din,”following personal differences between Officer Aly Shaaban and his wife ”˜Ikhlas Sawan. After the murder, Aly returned to his house, before handing himself in to the police.
