Palestinian refugee Mohamed Kheir AlSarhan, a resident of Yarmouk Camp, south of Syria died under torture in Syrian government jails. He was kidnapped in 2012.
The casualty was identified in a set of pictures leaked by the so-called Caesar breakaway.
