Palestinian refugee Adham Shahada Rafe’, aged 19 and affiliated with the pro-government Liwaa AlQuds battalion, was arrested by Syria’s security forces a few days ago.
A number of Liwaa AlQuds commanders and affiliates were arrested by the government forces, including the group’s chief commander Samer Rafe’ over charges of involvement in fraud and arms sales with terror groups. Activists have also accused commander Mohamed AlSa’id of blackmailing.
