AGPS documented the death of 100 members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command (PFLP – GC) as they fought alongside the Syrian government forces across war-torn Syrian, mostly in Yarmouk Camp.
Sometime earlier, PFLP – GC’s Deputy Secretary-General, Talal Naji, told Sputnik news site that 420 PFLP – GC gunmen were killed and 800 others wounded since the outburst of the Syrian war.
