The residents of Daraa south of Syria are suffering of stifling water crisis, as water cut for 2010 days amid the absence of most basic services; such as hospitals, power, and communication. It is mentioned that almost 70 % of the camp’s houses became inhabitable due to the heavy shelling that targeted the camp during the past months forcing hundreds of families to leave the camp and fled to the neighboring areas for fear of their lives. Meanwhile, the residents are complaining of the UNRWA’s negligence of its work inside the camp, as they did not receive any aid, while UNRWA distributes its aid only in the neighboring areas where many residents are unable to reach for fear of being arrested at checkpoints.
Water Still cut at Daraa Camp since 1st of April 2014, and almost 70 % of its Buildings were Destroyed.
