{"id":86866,"date":"2017-11-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-11-18T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actionpal.ahmadalkhuleyf.net\/post\/6166\/"},"modified":"2017-11-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-11-18T21:00:00","slug":"6166","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actionpal.tech\/en\/post\/6166","title":{"rendered":"6000 civilians in Yarmouk camp and the neighboring areas, of which 40% are children"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>The labor forces in institutions, civil bodies, local councils and a number of military factions in south Damascus, have issued a statement to clarify the civilian situation in the Yarmouk camp region, Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, Al-Tadamon and Al-Assaly.<\/div>\n<div>AGPS received a copy of the statement that said approximately 6000 civilians live in the areas of Yarmouk camp, Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, Al-Tadamon and Al-Assaly, stressing that these areas, including civilians, are civilians, not elements or loyalists of ISIS.<\/div>\n<div>The statement also revealed that the children in these areas account for 40% of the population, while 30% are women, 10% are elderly people and 20% are men.<\/div>\n<div>The statement added that civilians in these areas are living in a difficult humanitarian situation, due to the lack of financial sources, the widespread of unemployment, the difficult security conditions and the tightening procedures imposed by ISIS.<\/div>\n<div>The institutions also noted that people staying in their homes is not a crime, but a right reserved by religious and international laws, noting that the international institutions and UNRWA have a database of the civilians living in those areas.<\/div>\n<div>According to our correspondent, a number of civil institutions and military factions refused to sign the statement.<\/div>\n<div>The regime&#8217;s army and the Popular Front groups &#8211; General Command, continue to impose their siege on Yarmouk camp for 1585 consecutive days.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The labor forces in institutions, civil bodies, local councils and a number of military factions in south Damascus, have issued a statement to clarify the civilian situation in the Yarmouk camp region, Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, Al-Tadamon and Al-Assaly.
