Their deaths were recorded at Tishreen Military Hospital in Damascus or their bodies were transferred there from various security branches since 2014.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:segoe ui; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">Documents obtained by the newspaper revealed that the vast majority of the victims were detainees who died under torture, with details including full names, dates of death, the party transporting the body, and security file numbers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:segoe ui; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">Among the victims are Amjad Mahmoud Moatasem, a Palestinian refugee from Handarat camp, who died on February 8, 2015; Rami Mohammed Saeed from al-Husayniyah camp, who died on January 13, 2015; and Raafat Mahmoud al-Tawbah, from al-A&#8217;edin camp in Homs, born in 1994.
