{"id":88104,"date":"2020-02-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actionpal.ahmadalkhuleyf.net\/post\/9777\/"},"modified":"2020-02-29T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-02-28T21:00:00","slug":"9777","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actionpal.tech\/en\/post\/9777","title":{"rendered":"AGPS: Over 250 Palestinian Children Killed in War-Torn Syria"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>AGPS has kept record of the death of 250 Palestinian refugee children in war-torn Syria since the outbreak of the deadly conflict in 2011 until February 2020.<\/div>\n<div>The data pointed out that 128 children died under shelling; 15 were fatally shot by snipers; 11 were gunned down; two children were tortured to death; 22 drowned at sea; 25 others were killed in car blasts; and 34 died due to the blockade and medical neglect.<\/div>\n<div>Another 12 children died of other causes, including burns, suffocation, run-over accidents, and abduction.<\/div>\n<div>Children make up nearly 7% of the overall death toll among the Palestinians of Syria, estimated at 4,027.<\/div>\n<div>Sworn affidavits by ex-detainees confirmed the presence of toddlers swung in their moms&#8217; arms in Syrian prisons and whose fates have remained shrouded in mystery.<\/div>\n<div>Thousands of children have gone orphaned after they lost one or both of their parents in the deadly warfare.<\/div>\n<div>The warfare in Syria has had traumatic fallouts on Palestinian refugee children in and outside Syria. Post-traumatic stress disorders, mental psychosis, sleeplessness and nightmares, eating disorders, and intense fear have all been reported among Palestinian children from Syria.<\/div>\n<div>AGPS renews its calls to the international community, human rights institutions, UNICEF, UNRWA, and all concerned bodies to work on protecting Palestinian children in embattled zones.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AGPS has kept record of the death of 250 Palestinian refugee children in war-torn Syria since the outbreak of the deadly conflict in 2011 until February 2020.
