He is suffering from blocked blood vessels and is need of a surgery that he can&#8217;t afford.<\/div>\n<div>Al-Barghouth appealed to the white-handed people and anyone who could help him to secure the costs of the operation, to enlarge 2 arteries, using 2 balloons, as well as 2 anchors that cost about $7,000, of which UNRWA will provide $2000 according to Al-Barghouth, while the Palestinian embassy will provide $500. The remaining owed amount is about $4500.<\/div>\n<div>According to Hussein, he cannot afford any more of the surgery&#8217;s money because of the difficult living and financial conditions and not having a fixed salary.
