{"id":90654,"date":"2017-03-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-04T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actionpal.ahmadalkhuleyf.net\/post\/4797\/"},"modified":"2017-03-05T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-04T21:00:00","slug":"4797","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actionpal.tech\/en\/post\/4797","title":{"rendered":"Health Situation Takes Turn for Worse in Yarmouk Camp due to Blockade Enforced by ISIS, Gov&#8217;t Squads"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>The health situation in Yarmouk Camp, in Damascus, has gone sharply downhill as hundreds of civilian residents sustained life-threatening diseases.<\/div>\n<div>All hospitals and clinics in the camp, except for the under-equipped Palestine Hospital, have gone out of operation due to the acute shortage in medical stuff and specialized practitioners as a result of the tough blockade slapped by the regime army and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine &#8211; General Command (PFLP-GC) for 1,352 days in a row.<\/div>\n<div>3,000 to 5,000 civilians have been trapped inside the shelter while 185 refugees died as a result of undernourishment and medical neglect.<\/div>\n<div>ISIS militias have grabbed hold of large areas of Yarmouk Camp since early April 2015, in cooperation with AlNusra Front battalion.
