According to our reporter, ISIS wants to evacuate the neighborhood to transfer it into a military zone.<\/div>\n<div>The labor force from the civil institutions, bodies and local councils and some military factions in south Damascus had previously issued a statement, stressing that almost 6000 civilians are living in Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, Yarmouk camp, Al-Tadamon neighborhood and Al-Assaly region, assuring that the residents of these areas are civilians, not members or loyals of ISIS.
