{"id":93103,"date":"2022-04-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actionpal.ahmadalkhuleyf.net\/post\/12969\/"},"modified":"2022-04-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T21:00:00","slug":"12969","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actionpal.tech\/en\/post\/12969","title":{"rendered":"Palestinian Refugee Family from Syria Forcibly Transferred to Jordan Displacement Camp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">Jordanian authorities forcibly transferred a Palestinian refugee family from Amman to a displacement camp in Abdullah King Park following intensive questioning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">Earlier this month, Jordan&#8217;s preventive security forces and intelligence department interrogated the father on the way he had entered the Jordanian territories, before he was transferred along with his seven-member family to a police station in Ramtha city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">On Wednesday April 6, the family received orders to either move to AlHadaeq camp or to be forced back to Syria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">UNRWA in Jordan said it has been following up on the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">According to UNRWA, the number of PRS in Jordan has remained relatively stable for a number of years, with 19,000 PRS recorded with UNRWA until the end of 2021. Of these, 349 reside in King Abdullah Park (KAP), facing movement restrictions and a number of protection concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">There are ten recognized Palestine refugee camps throughout the country, which accommodate nearly 370,000 Palestine refugees.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jordanian authorities forcibly transferred a Palestinian refugee family from Amman to a displacement camp in Abdullah King Park following intensive questioning.
