He breathed his last at Tishreen military hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">Major General Tareq AlKhadra had survived an assassination attempt in 2015 in Damascus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">At the same time, PLA&#8217;s brigadier general Mohamed Shahada Othman succumbed to coronavirus in Damascus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">Mohamed&#8217;s son, Osama, died in 2014 as he fought alongside the Syrian government forces in Rif Dimashq.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Palestine Liberation Army (PLA) has mourned the death of Mohamed Tareq AlKhadraa, PLA&#8217;s chief of staff, at the age of 89.
