Rafe&#8217; reportedly sold the truck through local intermediaries. A government officer advised Rafe&#8217; to dispatch a batch of missiles out of the area on claims that it was already used in fighting.<\/div>\n<div>Residents of AlNeirab Camp said ill-famed Samer Rafe&#8217; was once arrested on charges of armed robbery and property theft in Aleppo. At the time, Rafe&#8217; confessed to the charges on Syrian state media.
