A UNRWA paramedic also sustained the disease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">15 Palestinian refugees sheltered in AlNeirab camp, in Aleppo, have died of coronavirus since the outbreak of the pandemic, according to medical sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">The source told AGPS that nearly 700 other people have also tested positive for the highly-contagious disease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:times new roman; font-size:14pt\">Only 49 cases conducted PCR tests at a UNRWA clinic in the camp.
