{"id":97044,"date":"2017-03-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-04T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actionpal.ahmadalkhuleyf.net\/post\/4794\/"},"modified":"2017-03-05T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-04T21:00:00","slug":"4794","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actionpal.tech\/en\/post\/4794","title":{"rendered":"Swedish Investigation Lapse Prevents Palestinian Refugee from Syria from Right to Family Reunification"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>The Swedish Migration Agency (SMA) rebuffed the appeals of Palestinian refugee from Syria Mohamed Alyan to reunite with his family, following a mistake in the investigation procedure.<\/div>\n<div>Alyan, who has been granted a Swedish visa some three years ago, said he was shocked as soon as he caught sight of a letter from SMA notifying him that his appeal for family reunification, which he had submitted just one month ago, was hastily turned down. The letter was dropped in a mailbox at his home located near the Swedish city of Jonkoping.<\/div>\n<div>Alyan said the Migration Agency mistook him for another person and when he headed to the office for further clarification his inquiries were turned down.<\/div>\n<div>SMA demanded that Alyan get an authorization from his wife for she is the concerned party in the case.<\/div>\n<div>\u201cA SMA staff member was surprised when she caught sight of someone else&#8217;s name in my file,\u201dsaid Alyan. \u201cThe lay said she believed a lapse of some sort occurred in the decision-making process and recommended that I appeal the decision immediately.\u201d\u009d<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Swedish Migration Agency (SMA) rebuffed the appeals of Palestinian refugee from Syria Mohamed Alyan to reunite with his family, following a mistake in the investigation procedure.
