18 Years Imprisonment for a Tunisian was Involved in the Disaster of Sinking of (366) Palestinians and Syrians in 2013

The Italian authorities issued an 18-year-sentenced against a Tunisian who was involved in the accident of a ship sinking that was carrying migrants on 2013, which caused the death of at least 366 migrants, including Syrians and Palestinians.
On 11th of October 2013, a ship was carrying Palestinian and Syrian immigrants sank, and it was the largest tragedy among sinking disasters in the Mediterranean Sea.
The boat sank after hours of being shot by an unknown group in Libyan waters, which caused failure in the Engines in front of  the Italian and Maltese coast, the thing that resulted in the sinking of the boat, while most immigrants died.
