In Damascus suburb, mortar shell landed yesterday on the vicinity of Saed Street in the western part of Khan Al Shieh camp, while artillery fire and machine guns targeted and combed the surrounding farms.
The shelling targeted the road between (Khan Alshieh_ Zakya), which is the only outlet for residents and connects the camp with the capital Damascus, with heavy machine guns located within the Syrian army site, “the regiment 137”. Zakia- Khan Alshieh is the only way where food and medical supplies, etc. enter the camp, while many victims died there by bombing and sniping.
