Residents of Nairab camp in Aleppo complain of continued power cut ten days ago, as a result of the ongoing conflict in the thermal station and Zorba area between the Syrian army and the armed opposition groups.
Residents of the camp also suffers from water cut for two days ago, while residents rely on well water, which increased the burdens, in addition to the high costs of living, widespread of unemployment, and weak financial resources in light of the ongoing war events in the country.
This coincided with the sand storm that hit the region and the camp accompanied with high temperatures, which reached 40 degrees Celsius, as the camp witnesses instability and unsafety state due to the deteriorating security situation in the surrounding areas, and the involvement of some of its residents in the fighting alongside the Syrian army which made it vulnerable to shelling that led to a number of victims and injuries.
