AGPS news correspondent said 86 buses evacuated hundreds of displaced families, taking shelter at Khan Al-Sheih, to Idlib after a deal with the government forces and opposition outfits was put into effect.
Local activists warned that over 2,000 Palestinian Syrian refugees will be living rough, without a roof over their heads, after they had been forced out of their shelters.
A couple of days earlier, an expectant mother gave birth to her toddler onboard a bus carrying refugees to Idlib.
The mother was rushed to an ambulance escorting the convoy.
Hundreds of civilians housed in Khan Al-Sheih headed to Idlib for fear of being killed or kidnapped by the government forces, after opposition fighters withdrew from the camp.
