ISIS detains group Palestinian refugees from Deraa camp five days ago, while the ground for detention was unclear so far.
The group launched from areas controlled by the Syrian opposition southern Syria, and walked through the desert, through Lajja area for being outside the control of the Syrian regime fields until they reached Almayadeen area at Deirez-Zor province where they were arrested by members of ISIS.
It is noteworthy that fear of detention by the Syrian regime and its checkpoints prompted dozens of families and individuals of Palestinian refugees to choose ways far from areas controlled by the regime; such as the Syrian Desert, in spite of the seriousness of those roads and the high cost of smuggling.
