Website pages close to the regular army shared photographs of what it described as the participation of the PLA in fighting alongside the Syrian regular army forces in their battles against the Syrian armed opposition in the town of Zabadani in Damascus suburb, while the AGPS could not assure the Pictures from another source.
For their part, activists confirmed to the AGPS that hundreds of PLA members have been forced in recent years to fight alongside the regular army in many areas, mostly in Damascus suburb.
It is worth mentioning that the AGPS documented 140 PLA victims who were killed after fighting in Syria.
