Palestinian refugee Milad Mohamed Kasas has been secretly held in Syria government prisons for the eighth consecutive year.
Mohamed, born in 1980, was arrested by Syrian security forces in January 2013 in Deraa, south of Syria. His condition and whereabouts remain unidentified.Â
