Palestinian Refugee Tortured to Death in Syrian Gov’t Jails

35-year-old Palestinian resident of the Aleppo-based Al-Neirab Camp, Ahmad Emara, a father of two kids, was tortured to death in the Syrian regime penitentiaries, where he had been held for three years.
