Palestinian Refugees Denounce Power Blackout in Syria Displacement Camps

Palestinian refugee families sheltered in displacement camps across war-ravaged Syria said their humanitarian situation has been exacerbated by the chronic power blackout.

Households in Palestinian refugee camps face a six-hour cut. At times, power is completely cut off for days. 

A member of the Syrian People’s Assembly demanded that the government’s Ministry of Electricity opt for a fair electricity rationing across Syria.
