Military operations commander at the pro-government Liwa Al-Quds Brigades, Mohamed Rafaa, was killed in clashes with the armed opposition outfits in the Baidine district of Aleppo.
Palestinian refugee Rafaa took part in numerous military offensives by the Al-Quds Brigades and received several marks of distinction from senior Russian officers.
