Pro-Syrian Regime Groups Seize Expatriate Families’ Homes at Al Nairab Camp in Aleppo

Pro-Syrian regime groups seized houses of three expatriate families of Nairab Camp, as they expelled the three families despite the intervention of the governor of Aleppo giving orders of not expelling any family who were emigrated or those who are affiliated to the Syrian opposition out of their houses.

The intervention of the governor came after appeals by relatives of those families while the pro-Syrian groups responded to the orders of the governor and the police commander in Aleppo in the first phase, but soon they broke the orders and seizedtheir homes. Seizing three homes caused anxiety to the relatives of the families, especially that some of them are affiliated to the regime and a number of their sons are fighting with pro-Regime al-Quds Brigade. Adnan Sayyed, one of the leaders of al-Quds Brigade in Neirab camp, posted on his website, a decision to seize the expat homes and threatened that he would not allow the return of those families from the sons of Neirab to their camp in the future. The threats came after the messages of pray for mercy and condolence by the expatriate families following the death of Obada Dahoudi who was fighting in the armed opposition, as Mr. Sayyed accused each of the merciless of treason.
