Palestinian refugees Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim and Anwar Nayef AlKhatib, from the Palestine Liberation Army (PLA), were pronounced dead in fights waged against ISIS in AlSuweida desert, south of Syria.
AGPS documented the death of 240 Palestinians as they fought alongside the PLA in war-torn Syria, mostly in Rif Dimashq.
