Action Group – Yarmouk Camp
The General Authority for Palestinian Arab Refugees (GAPR) participated in the opening of Yarmouk Secondary School for Boys in Yarmouk Camp, south of Damascus, in the presence of a number of assistants to the Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors and members of the camp committee.
The opening of the secondary school comes within the framework of efforts aimed at reactivating educational institutions within the camp, after years of cessation, which contributes to providing appropriate educational opportunities for the children of Palestinian refugees.
During the opening, the Authority affirmed its commitment to supporting the educational process and providing an appropriate learning environment that helps students achieve academic achievement, praising the role of the administrative and teaching staff in advancing the school and achieving its educational goals.
