Deteriorated Humanitarian Crises Suffered by Residents of Muzareib Compound

In south of  Syria, the AGPS correspondent monitored number of crises afflicting more than 8,500 Palestinian refugees in Muzeireeb compound in Deraa province, and reported that the high cost of materials has burdened the people.   The price of a liter of gasoline has reached almost $ 4.5, and the liter of diesel has reached $ 2.5, which increased the economic costs of residents forcing them to live in houses that lacking to heat resources, in addition to the loss of gas for heating and cooking, and their expensive price. Under the pressure of this suffering, residents had to return to the old methods in collecting firewood and buy it, to repel a thing of the winter cold, and to help them in cooking and filling their needs of boiling food and water. Meanwhile, the price of a ton of firewood is about $ 150, while power is off all the time excluding few hours.
