In Lebanon, delegation from “Shahid” human rights institution has met the President of the Lebanese Palestinian Dialogue Committee “Hassan Mneimneh” where the delegation delivered the former minister “Mneimneh” the human rights organization’s report which talks about the conditions of Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon.
The delegation will also display several human rights and humanitarian issues concerning Palestinian refugees in Lebanon generally, and the displaced Palestinians from Syria in Lebanon in particular. The delegation discussed with Mneimneh the suffering of Palestinian refugees from Syria, the case of renewing their residency by the Lebanese General Security, and the difficulty of obtaining permits to enter Palestinian refugee camps by the army intelligence, as well as depriving students of the official exams this year.
For his part, chairman of the Lebanese Palestinian Dialogue Committee promised to make efforts to follow up the issues of Palestinian refugees from Syria in Lebanon with the concerned Lebanese government bodies.
