Water Still Cut for 387 Days in Daraa, and 70% of its Buildings Destroyed

Residents of Daraa camp south of Syria are suffering of dire water crisis which was cut off the camp’s houses for 387 days, amid absence of most basic services; such as, hospitals, power, and communication.  
It is worth mentioning that almost 70% of the camp’s houses became inhabitable due to the heavy shelling that targeted the camp during the last months, forcing hundreds of families to leave the camp and flee to the neighboring areas for fear of their lives.
The residents are complaining of UNRWA negligence, as they did not receive any aid, while UNRWA distributes its aid at the neighboring towns which many residents could not reach for fear of being arrest at the checkpoints on their way.
