8 Palestinian Refugees Drowned during Last August

The AGPS monitoring and documentation team documented the names of eight Palestinian refugees drowned while trying to immigrate to European countries in search of safety, security, and a decent life. The victims are:
Ali Hamid and his two wives, Zada Sheikh Khalil and Zahra Hindi from Alaedein camp in Homs, and were drowned off the Libyan coast, on Wednesday August 5.
Mohammed Swed from Neirab camp, died on August 9, 2015, after drowning in a lake in Germany.
The child “Osama Diab Majzoub” died on 8/20/2015 in the Mediterranean while trying to reach Europe.
The three children from Al Miari family from Nairab in Aleppo; they are:
Salam, Malak, and Bilal; children of the Palestinian refugee Ahmed Saleh Miari, who drowned as a result of boat that capsized off the Libyan shores on Thursday on 08/29/2015.
It is worth mentioning that the AGPS announced earlier that the number of Palestinian Syrian refugees who arrived to Europe during the past four years has exceeded 36,000.
