In Damascus Suburb, the so called Popular Committees which are affiliated to the Syrian Security at Sahnaya arrested Hekamt Seyah after she was heading to ask them about her brother Jehad Seyah who was arrested by those committees, it is mentioned that Jehad Seyah is a member of the PLA.
