A number of mortar shells and shelling targeted the eastern lane of Khan Al Shieh camp in Damascus suburb, and resulted in only material damage. Meanwhile, the checkpoints of the regular army are continuing to close all connecting roads between the camp and the center of the capital, Damascus, forcing residents to take the dangerous sub road of (Khan Al Shieh – Zakya) in order to get to Damascus. Zakia-Khan Al Shieh road is frequently targeted with missiles and heavy machine guns.
